Our fees are based on the time we spend on satisfying each request. It must be realised that no two requests are ever the same so we tailor each to match an individual's exact itinerary and personal taste in music. We will quote every request before charging your credit card so that you will know what you are up for. As we are ticket brokers it must be realised that what you pay is not the amount printed on the tickets you receive. We always try to obtain tickets directly from the venues but go to reputable agents when this is not possible. All charges include a net 5% allowance for credit card fees and bank currency conversions.

NB. All requests are quoted in either English Pounds, American Dollars, Australian Dollars or Euros. We can quote however in any currency but remember exchange rates may alter by the time your transaction is processed.

We can offer you a small exclusive selection of recommended restaurants close to the music venues that you may attend and these are based on personal experience and not copied out of a guide or taken from the internet. We enjoy fine food and wine and researching this was a tough job but someone had to do it. At the moment we cover Sydney, Melbourne, London, Paris, Vienna and New York and we charge $A35 per list but these are free if you book tickets through us.
